HI AND WELCOME!! how are you TODAY?
Can you answer honestly….or are you on autopilot?
(Hint – ‘I’m fine’ is a red flag for autopilot)!
If you are a woman who’s poured herself into building the life you thought you wanted – and are struggling now that you’ve ‘arrived’ – I will just say – ‘SAME’.
Or maybe you’re starting a family, ending a relationship, dealing with loss, grief, illness or another major life event – and you’re not sure how to function, even questioning if the right goal is getting back to normal. Is ‘normal’ even what you want anymore?
Get supportive coaching, proven strategies, and join other women discovering how to reconnect with and honor themselves in the next chapter of their lives.
Being a woman today is hard! Expectations are higher than ever, we are bombarded with nonstop demands, stimulation, and bad news.
While many of us have years of academic or technical training, and are taught how to communicate in a way that MEETS OTHER PEOPLE’S NEEDS, we are not taught the ways we communicate WITH OURSELVES and the impact that our internal experience has on our actions, and results.
No wonder we feel like something’s missing – it is! Most of us have not been taught how to have a positive relationship WITH OURSELVES.
Let’s use the analogy of a car.
Consider the following….
When we get in a vehicle, we either know where we are going or we put our destination into the GPS. The driver has full agency and authority over where the vehicle goes.
A racecar has different parts, maintenance needs, and operating instructions than a utility vehicle, and care and operation looks different for one versus the other.
There is a big difference between a new Range Rover and a 15 year old Honda that’s been driven hard. Miles, climate, and use tell us a lot about current condition.
“…Life is not a journey you want to make on autopilot…”

READY FOR SOME GOOD NEWS?
It doesn’t matter if you’re on an unexpected off ramp, stalled on the side of the road, your engine is sputtering, brakes are broken, or you feel like you’ve logged 250,000 miles and just want to give up.
In fact – it is ESPECIALLY beneficial to take the wheel if any of these (metaphorical) situations apply to you!
While no one enjoys feeling lost or broken, this is the best time to pull over, take a deep breath, re-assess where you are trying to go, and then figure out what skills and strategies you need to get there.
If you are thinking ‘this is great and all’ – but if I knew HOW to do that I would have already done it!
You are in the right place, PROMISE!
